Acceptance

Your access to and use of this site is conditioned on acceptance of these terms. They apply to everyone who uses it.

Estimates are not contracts

Any quote, feasibility assessment or cost range given through this website, over the phone, or during a scoping session is a preliminary estimate only. It is not a binding offer, a guarantee of availability, or a contract.

A legally binding agreement for construction, project management or contracting services exists only on execution of a written, bilateral contract signed by authorised representatives of both Romco Builders and the client.

Concealed conditions

Work of this kind routinely uncovers conditions that could not be seen beforehand — deteriorated decking, compromised framing, unforeseen site conditions. These are handled as an allowance stated in the contract, not as a variation to a website estimate.

Code and permitting information

Descriptions of Florida building code on these sites — including repair thresholds and High Velocity Hurricane Zone product approval — are general orientation so you can ask better questions. They are not a code determination for your address. Requirements change, and the authority having jurisdiction makes the final call.

Insurance information is not advice

Comments on claim deadlines, coverage and deductibles are general. We are contractors, not public adjusters — a separate licensed role in Florida that we do not hold. Speak to your carrier, a licensed public adjuster, or an attorney about your own claim.

Licensing

Romco Builders is a licensed Florida general contractor. Trade work requiring a separate certification is performed under the appropriate certification, as Florida law requires. Ask us for licence details and verify them with the state before signing anything, with us or anyone else.

Project experience

Project experience described across our sites includes work delivered by Romco leadership prior to and alongside the firm. Where that is the case we say so. Nothing here guarantees a schedule, a cost, an insurance outcome or a result on any specific project.

Illustrations

Diagrams and imagery on these sites are explanatory. They are not photographs of any specific project or property and do not depict a particular client's work.

Intellectual property

This site and its original content, features and functionality — including the Romco logo, brand typography, layout, imagery and codebase — are and remain the exclusive property of Romco Builders and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Third-party links

This site may contain links to third-party sites or services we do not own or control, including map providers and automation services. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices, and are not liable for any loss caused by reliance on them.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Romco Builders, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to use, this website; from any third-party conduct or content on it; from any content obtained from it; or from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect on posting, and continued use of the site is acceptance of them.
